1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Registration & Conduct

You may register under a single Discord account.
Account sharing (multiple people using the same Discord account) is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Multiple accounts (alt accounts) are not permitted and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You agree not to use any of our services for profit generating activities unless you have been approved by our team.

3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Sell, lease, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any of our services or any part thereof without explicit authorization.
Crack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of our services.
Perform any malicious activity, abuse our infrastructure, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
Use our services on accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
Share, redistribute, or resell access to our services.

4 Bans & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason. If you are banned, you will be redirected to a "banned" page and no further access or verification codes will be issued. Bans may extend to all associated accounts.

5 Refund Policy

All purchases, Keys etc, are final and non refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any part of our services at any time, without liability or prior notice. This includes but is not limited to features, pricing, and access levels.

7 Limitation of Liability

All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not responsible for any game bans, account suspensions, data loss, or any other damages you may incur through use of our services. Use of our services is at your own risk.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update these ToS at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
